The LPA-197W Wide Range Nano Laser Diffraction particle size analyzer is based on the principles of photon correlation spectroscopy and full-range Mie scattering. It can test both nanometer-level and micrometer-level powder particle size distribution. The operating software can quickly switch between nanometer and micrometer test programs. It only takes 2 to 5 minutes to test each sample, and the test is fully automatic and continuous under computer control. It also has dynamic light concentration test function and static light molecular weight detection function, which can quickly and qualitatively test the concentration of the solution.

Using ultrasonic anti-dry burning technology, the sample pool will automatically turn off the ultrasonic power supply in the waterless state, intelligent module design, humanized operation software, and quickly obtain accurate and reliable particle size results. Built-in photoelectronics, sample pool, circulation system, etc., so that the sample flows in the pipeline for a short time, avoiding stratification and re-agglomeration after sample dispersion, and the repeatability and stability reach the measurement level of similar foreign instruments.

1. It has functions such as automatic water absorption, automatic centering, automatic testing, automatic cleaning, water level monitoring, and ultrasonic anti-dry burning.

2. Built-in automatic water suction pump, which can automatically fill water without manual operation. A water level detector is installed above the sample pool. When the water level reaches the specified height, the electromagnetic valve is closed to ensure the accuracy of each test medium.

3. When the sample is added, the large-diameter ultrasonic dispersion pool and the agitator work simultaneously to ensure that the sample is quickly and evenly dispersed. The peristaltic pump circulation pipelines are all equal-section and equal-flow, without centrifugal negative pressure areas, easy to clean, no bubbles during transportation, and short-distance circulation, which effectively avoids sample agglomeration and ensures the accuracy and repeatability of the test.

4. There are two sampling systems for dynamic circulation and static fixed testing. The static fixed test uses high-quality high-optical glass, and a 2.5 mL thin slit detection pool is customized for precious samples. The sample is directly recovered after the test.

1. The test time is 2 to 5 minutes, and it can be tested single or multiple times continuously.

2. With a proprietary polydisperse analysis algorithm, it can quickly analyze polydisperse and monodisperse particle systems, test the mass concentration and relative concentration of nano samples, and directly test the sample temperature in real time, avoiding the measurement error caused by the temperature gradient of the sample pool and the constant temperature system.

3. The analysis software is compatible with Windows XP/Win7/Win10 systems.

4. Tables and graphs of 108-level particle sizes, volume distribution and number distribution modes. It provides data such as cumulative distribution, frequency distribution, cumulative 10%, 50%, 90%, 97%, average particle size and specific surface area to fully characterize the particle size characteristics of the sample.

5. The software operation interface can be selected in Chinese or English as needed, and the output results can be directly printed or converted to PDF and text files for storage.
