Shuoboda blue light gel cutting machine is widely used for the observation of nucleic acid and protein gel staining. LED blue light source, with amber filter, and nucleic acid safety dye with excitation wavelength of 470-520 nm, can achieve clear development and gel cutting effect, away from ultraviolet radiation, and provide a safe laboratory environment.

It is also suitable for fluorescence observation with other excitation wavelengths of 470-520nm, detection and screening of plants, animals and microorganisms with green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene, such as rice, corn, zebrafish, mice, bacteria, fungi, etc., small and easy to carry fluorescence detection device, no substrate color development, can easily detect genetically modified organisms.

Instructions for use

1. Operators need to understand LED blue light irradiation and its supporting reagents.

2. Please use the standard power adapter.

3. Please wear disposable gloves for operation.

4. Unpack and place on a horizontal and stable table.

5. Please keep the heat dissipation holes unobstructed.

6. Turn off the power in time after use.

Notes

Please do not look directly at blue light for a long time to avoid damage to the retina. Please observe the sample through the orange-red filter plate during operation.
