Product Introduction

BD-D97-510F1 Multifunctional Low Temperature Tester conforms to ASTM D97, ASTM D2500, ISO3015, ISO3016, IP309 and National Standard “Test Methods for Solidifying Point of Petroleum Products”, GB/T3535 “Test Methods for Pour Point of Petroleum Products”, GB/T6986 “Test Methods for Cloud Point of Petroleum Products”, and the Industry Standard of Petrochemical SH/T0248 “Test Methods for Cold Filter Plugging Point of Distillate Fuels”. It is suitable to determine solidifying point, pour point, cloud point and cold filter plugging point of petroleum products.

Main technical features

1. The instrument adopts an intelligent temperature control system to display the cold bath temperature in real time. The temperature settings and control parameters are easy to adjust and the temperature control accuracy is high.

2. Multi-functional comprehensive type, one machine can do multiple tests such as pour point, cloud point, freezing point, cold filtering point, etc.

3. Using metal bath, the cooling speed is fast and the temperature is uniform, eliminating the unsafety of liquid bath.

4. It has an automatic protection function. If the temperature of any cold tank is abnormal, the instrument will automatically cut off the working power of the heating tube to avoid damage to the instrument.

5. Floor-standing structure, novel design, small footprint, four wheels at the bottom, easy to move
