Introduction

The freezing strength, gel strength, hardness, elasticity, consistency, viscosity, brittleness, stickiness, compressibility, cohesion, tensile strength, rupture strength, and shear strength of the sample can be obtained quickly, accurately, conveniently, and objectively , milking characteristics, relaxation characteristics and other physical property indicators.
