Features

  1. Touch LCD display with microprocessor controller, easy to use.
  2. Dry chamber using aircraft grade acrylic materials, non-adhesive, high strength, and no leaks.
  3. Condenser pre-cooling function.
  4. Used DANFOSS compressor.
  5. Vacuum pump in Japan or Korea brand, with oil-mist filter can trapping oil mist in the exhaust gas, reduce environmental and health hazards.
  6. Can charge nitrogen or inert gas to save after drying.
  7. Programmable, freezing, drying and defrosting will be program controlled.
  8. Automatic control system: Temperature heating control for each shelf, heating circulation monitoring protect, fuzzy PID control algorithm.
  9. Defrost system: Auto Non-electric heating defrost, more safety and fast.
  10. Vacuum regular system: vacuum degree regular in sublimation and drying process to avoid special material foaming or blowing, accelerate lyophilized efficiency (Optional)
  11. Pulse backfill system: slow, medium, fast three kinds of backfilling mode selection, avoiding the granular material and flocculent material being blown out effective loss problem inflatable produce. (Optional)
  12. Automatic drainage system: interlock with vacuum system after draining to prevent any failure in vacuum system. (Optional)
  13. Can be work in automatic or manual operation, manual mode is used to explore the process parameters, automatic mode for process maturity.
  14. Data recording system: 1) data can be stored in machine in 3 months; 2) External U-disk storage (Optional); 3) PC-database storage (Optional)
  15. Monitoring system: real time system temperature and vacuum degree monitored, acquisition frequency 50ms / time.
  16. Lyophilization process recipe storage function: can store 500 set of fixed or user-defined lyophilized formulation process.
  17. PC remote monitor system: remote monitor working status of machine, max 1.5km distance (Optional)
  18. Eutectic point test function (Optional)
  19. Calibration function: temperature and vacuum calibration ensures long-term accuracy of the measured values.
