Product Description

The vehicle-mounted gas chromatography dedicated for dissolved gas analysis of insulating oil is suitable for vehicle mounting to form a small mobile in-vehicle testing laboratory. Through touring and on-site rapid analysis, the content of dissolved gas in the insulating oil of large oil-filled electrical equipment is detected to monitor the operating status of large power equipment, promptly detect signs of equipment accidents, and provide equipment maintenance recommendations to avoid major losses.

Instrument power consumption and power supply recommendations

When the chromatograph is started, the temperature control parts are heated, and the power consumption is about 5KW. The temperature control parts of each temperature control part are constant temperature. In the normal analysis state, the power consumption is about 0.5KW. The power consumption of the oscillator is about 0.3KW.

It is recommended to use a cable tray and connect to an external ~220V, 50HZ power supply. If external AC power cannot be connected, you can only use the 12V battery in the car and connect it to a 2000W sine wave inverter. Pay attention to the power matching of the battery. When the battery voltage drops to 10V ± 0.5 V, the car should be started in time to recharge the battery immediately.

Mobile, itinerant and on-site inspection work procedures

Select the parking and working area, and connect the cable tray to the AC power supply.
The chromatograph is preheated, TCD is added with bridge flow, and FID is ignited.
Collect oil samples and oscillate with the oscillator to degas (one time, two oil samples are degassed);
Standard gas analysis and establishment of analysis templates are carried out in idle time, and the templates are saved and available at any time.
Oil samples are degassed, measured, and analyzed by chromatography.
The gas content analysis report of the oil sample components was obtained, and the equipment operating status was initially evaluated.
