SBD-P series medical freeze dryer has changed the tedious operation of the previous drying process, prevented the contamination of materials, and realized the automation of drying and sublimation. For pharmaceutical

Gland lyophilizer is not only suitable for freeze-drying of bulk (liquid, pasty, solid) conventional materials, but also suitable for drying of bottled materials in vials. When preparing for freeze-drying, separate the materials into vials as needed, with floating caps. After the bottle cap is closed, it is freeze-dried. After the drying is completed, the capping mechanism is operated to compress the bottle cap, which can avoid secondary pollution and re-adsorb moisture, and is easy to store for a long time.

Shelves helium Mass Spectrometer testing

1. Stainless steel plates are all importation. Ensure the finish of chamber surfaces, and then ensure the asepsis requirement, SUS316 is able to provide;
2. Shelves has high intensity and its maximum valve reaches to 0.3Mpa in the pressure test which can be able to bear the long term usage.
3. Shelves are processed by machining which can ensure the demanding level.
4. Temperature control accuracy±0.5°C (adjusted by PID)
5. Special O-shaped sealing strips for doors can prevent ponding which more accords with the asepsis requirement.
6. Chamber, shelves, flexible hoses are all carried out the leak test by helium mass spectrometer.

Refrigeration system

• Adopting the BITZER compressor makes the performance be more stable and reliable. Used CFC-FREE dual stage refrigeration compressor, easy to maintenance.

Condenser

4. Used pneumatic butterfly valve

CIP system (optional)

1. SS316 stainless steel spray nozzle
