BD-D1401-9168A Petroleum Products Vacuum Distillation Tester is the latest intelligent and integrated petroleum product vacuum distillation test instrument developed in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 9168 "Method for determination of vacuum distillation of petroleum products".

This instrument is used to measure the boiling point range of petroleum products that can partially or completely evaporate when the maximum liquid temperature reaches 400°C under reduced pressure.

1. Built-in industrial computer and 10.1-inch color LCD touch screen.

2. Vacuum degree control system: The vacuum degree is automatically controlled by the system, which can ensure that the high vacuum and high stability requirements of the system are maintained during the experiment;

3. The instrument has a built-in cold trap and uses semiconductor refrigeration technology, making the whole machine smaller and more compact.

4. Electric lift control system. The buttons on the screen control the rise, fall and stop of the lift. The built-in upper and lower limit functions ensure the safety of glass instruments.

5. Built-in automatic condensate recovery system. The oil vapor captured by the cold trap during the experiment will liquefy as the temperature of the cold trap increases and automatically flow into the recovery bottle after the experiment, making it convenient for users to remove and measure.

6. The system is equipped with a nitrogen interface. When the experiment is completed, the system will prompt the user to open the nitrogen valve to avoid danger caused by air entering the vacuum system, further ensuring the safety of the system.

7. The system will automatically convert the detected temperature to normal pressure temperature based on the current pressure of the vacuum system, eliminating the need for users to look up the table and improving the conversion accuracy.

8. The experimental data will be automatically saved, and the experimental report can be generated. The data can also be transferred to other places using a USB flash drive, or connected to a printer with a USB interface to directly print out the experimental report.

3. Flask heating furnace power: (0~500)W continuously adjustable;

4. Condensation circulating water temperature control range: room temperature +5℃ (minimum 30℃) ~ 80℃±3℃, continuously adjustable;

5. Cold trap working mode: semiconductor refrigeration. Minimum temperature: ≤-40℃;

6. Absolute pressure setting range: 2mmHg; 5mmHg; 10mmHg; 20mmHg; 50mmHg;

7. Absolute pressure measurement range: (2.00~170.00) mmHg±0.01 mmHg automatic constant pressure.

8. Absolute pressure control accuracy: When the residual pressure is <1Kpa (7.5mmHg), the accuracy is <0.01Kpa (0.075mmHg); when the residual pressure is ≥1Kpa (7.5mmHg), the accuracy is ≤1% of the absolute pressure.
