Product description

The petroleum product distillation tester (double-tube type) is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 6536 "Petroleum Product Distillation Determination Method". It is suitable for testing gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel according to the standard of GB/T 6536. Distillation determination of gasoline fuels, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products.

 The petroleum product distillation tester (double-tube type) is not only suitable for use in high-frequency, multi-sample units, but also allows general users to speed up the test. It is an ideal petroleum product distillation test instrument.

Main technical features

1. It is a double-tube working mode, which can not only conduct independent testing of a single tube, but also test two samples of the same specification or different specifications at the same time, which greatly improves work efficiency.

2. Two sets of independent digital temperature controllers, heaters and electric stirrers are used to form a condensation tube constant temperature bath. The temperature in the bath can be set and adjusted arbitrarily within the range of (room temperature + 10) ℃ ~ 60 ℃, and the temperature in the bath is uniform. Meet the test requirements.

3. Use a special heating furnace to ensure the safety of the test; the heating power is continuously adjustable to meet the test requirements.

① Temperature control range: (room temperature +10) ℃ ~ 60 ℃ can be set arbitrarily.

Note: Water bath temperature control refers to the temperature control of the condensate in the condensation tube.
