BD-D524-17144A Petroleum Product Carbon Residue Determiner (Micromethod) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 17144-2021 "Petroleum Products - Determination of Carbon Residues - Trace Method" and is used for the determination of petroleum product carbon residues.

1. It adopts a desktop integrated structure, consisting of an electrical control box and a high-temperature test heating furnace. It has a reasonable design and a simple structure.

2. Adopting an industrial computer control system, the instrument automatically controls the entire test process according to the preset program and directs the coordinated operation of each component.

3. It adopts a touch screen with a full Chinese interface, which is used not only to display various test data numbers, but also as an input for various test parameters. Each interface has current operation prompts, and the user only needs to operate according to the current prompts. It is easy to test, easy to operate and control, and the display interface is friendly.

4. Automatically adjust the nitrogen flow, automatically control the heating rate, and automatically control the set temperature in full compliance with the standard requirements. The gas volume is convenient to adjust, the heating rate is accurate, and the temperature control is stable.

5. Automatically collect test data, automatically calculate test results, and save data according to user requirements.

6. The range (mass fraction) of this instrument for measuring residual carbon is: 0.10% (m/m) ~ 30.0% (m/m).

7. For petroleum fractions with carbon residue mass fraction less than 0.10%, 10% (volume fraction) residue can be prepared according to the requirements of the GB/T 17144-2021 standard before measurement, and then measured with this instrument.

8. There is no statistically significant difference between the measurement results obtained by this instrument and the measurement results obtained by the Kang's carbon residue method in the range of 0.10% to 25.0% (mass fraction).
