Product Introduction

BD-OBC-1C Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter is based on the national standards of the People's Republic of China GB/T 213 "Method for determination of calorific value of coal", GB/T 384 "Method for determination of calorific value of petroleum products", and the National Metrology Verification Regulations of the People's Republic of China JJG672 " It is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in "Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter" .

BD-OBC-1C Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter is an automated and intelligent instrument controlled by a computer that can automatically complete the calorific value test of flammable substances. It is an upgraded product of this model of instrument. It can be widely used to measure the calorific value of coal, oil, coke, paraffin and other flammable substances. It is an ideal choice for thermoelectricity, coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, food and other industries, and is an ideal choice for various related industries and departments. 

Main characteristics

1. Using semiconductor refrigeration, the cooling capacity can be determined based on the amount of heat generated. The instrument automatically adjusts the water temperature to keep the water temperature relatively constant, enabling continuous long-term testing to ensure accurate results.

2. Using advanced USB interface, plug and play, one computer can control multiple calorimeters.

3. It comes with an electronic measuring cup, which eliminates the need for manual weighing of water and automatically measures the water volume in the inner cylinder with a repeatability error of <0.4g.

4. It can automatically measure the resistance of the ignition wire and automatically check whether the ignition wire is installed properly before testing.

5. Standardized pipeline design, greatly shortening the pipeline, making the pipeline more reasonable and the experimental results more accurate.

6. Using a special drainage interface, the instrument drains and changes water more conveniently and quickly.

7. It has the function of communicating with the electronic balance (optional), which can realize remote data sharing over the Internet.
