BD-0059A Lubricating oil evaporation loss tester (Noyak A method) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of test method A in the industry standard of the People's Republic of China NB/SH/T 0059-2010 "Determination of evaporation loss of lubricating oils by the Noyak method". It is suitable for measuring lubricating oils (especially Internal combustion engine oil) and lubricating oil base oil evaporation loss at 250°C.

Main technical features

1. It adopts metal bath heating device, which is safe and environmentally friendly.

2. Use imported precision differential pressure gauge and precision needle valve pressure adjustment system to ensure accurate test pressure.

3. The bath body is made of Wood alloy, which has excellent thermal conductivity.

4. The evaporation crucible meets both the NB/SH/T 0059 standard and the ASTM standard.

5. Equipped with a special vacuum suction system and buffer device to make the suction process smooth and reliable.

6. Using single-chip microcomputer and high-precision temperature sensor, the temperature can be controlled accurately and with high precision.
