The LPA-3000SA Integrated Spray Laser Particle & Droplet Size Analyzer is a high-performance particle size analyzer designed for measuring the particle size of small-volume droplets. The full-scale Mie scattering theory uses the Shuoboda company's (unconstrained) free distribution mode to calculate the particle size distribution, ensuring that the particle size of each level reaches the highest resolution. The fine details of each particle level are fully detected. The fully sealed design of the chassis shell is dustproof and waterproof, so that the instrument has good electromagnetic shielding and anti-interference performance.

The test dynamic range is wide and the operation is simple. The distance between the main machine and the auxiliary machine is 400mm, which is very suitable for the test of droplet particle size such as medical spray, small nozzle, humidifier, etc. The entire test process is automatically turned on/off under computer control, and the particle size distribution data of the measured water mist, oil mist, smoke, etc. is quickly analyzed. The unique precision mechanical structure makes the test fast, repeatable and stable. Through the particle size distribution data of the droplet measurement, the nozzle design can be optimized, the spray conditions can be optimized, and the spray effect can be evaluated to achieve the purpose of research and development and control of product quality.

1. Installed between the main machine and the auxiliary machine according to the measured object (provided by the user), the distance between the main machine and the auxiliary machine is 400mm fixed without adjusting the light source, which is very suitable for small-scale spray particle size measurement. Just install the nozzle, click the software menu, the controller automatically turns on and off the measured liquid or gas, and automatically completes the test.

2. The instrument adopts Fourier optical system, large diameter parallel light source test section is large, data representativeness is strong. Large aperture lens, wide signal collection angle, can fully collect the scattering signal of the spray.

3. 128-level multi-element detector. There are many particle size grades, small level difference, and high resolution of scattering signal detection. The detector background light is compensated independently at each level, which can achieve the highest gain, high-speed acquisition signal amplification, and sensitive and fast dynamic response. There is a complete spot image detection system behind the detector.

The test time is several seconds, and single or multiple continuous tests can be performed.

3. The software operation interface can be selected in Chinese or English, and the output results can be directly printed, or converted to PDF and saved in format.

4. In order to meet the needs of different users, it is equipped with program trigger, TTL level and switch trigger high-speed test, 50 complete tests per second, as a dynamic spray and other research to provide better analysis data.
