DCH type hydrogen generator produces hydrogen by electrolyzing potassium hydroxide aqueous solution. The instrument is equipped with a variety of intelligent control devices and is easy to use.

The working principle of this instrument is the traditional diaphragm alkali electrolysis method. The conductive medium in the electrolytic cell is potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, and the separator between the two pole chambers is the diaphragm of the aerospace electrolysis equipment. After direct current is applied to the two poles, the water molecules immediately undergo an electrochemical reaction at the two poles of the electrolytic cell, producing oxygen at the anode and oxygen at the cathode. hydrogen.

The reaction formula is as follows:

Anode: 2OH–-2e → H2O +1/2O2↑

Cathode: 2H2O+2e → 2OH– +H2↑

Total reaction formula: 2H2O → 2 H2↑+ O2↑

This instrument implements automatic control of pressure control, over-pressure protection, flow display, flow tracking, etc., so that the output hydrogen can be fully automatically adjusted at constant pressure according to the amount of hydrogen used by the gas chromatograph (within the range of gas production)
