The GLD-1 gas low-temperature concentrator is a concentrator that integrates sampling, concentration, desorption, injection and cleaning. It adopts a 7.0-inch intelligent color touch screen user interface, which can easily set or edit storage directly. and call methods to quickly start analysis and make the operation more convenient.
It adopts electronic refrigeration method, no liquid refrigerant is required, and is equipped with a focused cold trap sampling valve, transfer tube, and concentration tube (cooling and heating). The individual temperature control six-way valve is driven by a motor.
The sample transfer pipeline adopts a highly inert deactivation pipeline. The connection point between the residual-free six-way valve and the transfer pipeline is in the heating and insulating box. There is no transmission cold spot integrated design. The whole machine has a compact structure and is controlled by a microcomputer. It is equipped with two universal drive interfaces, which can automatically start the chromatograph and workstation to work together. The peripheral equipment is ready for signal input, and can intelligently judge analysis events. Can be connected to most gas chromatographs and GC/MS.
The PC software can be upgraded for anti-control.
A gas autosampler can be installed.
1. "Injection valve temperature": Heating temperature of the injection valve components. Controllable temperature range: room temperature ~ 300℃, increment ℃
2. "Transmission pipe temperature": heating temperature of the transmission pipe. Controllable temperature range: room temperature ~ 300℃, increment 1℃.
3. "Cold trap adsorption temperature": the cooling temperature of the cold trap when the cold trap is adsorbed. Controllable temperature range: -40℃~room temperature, 1℃ increment.
4. "Cold trap desorption temperature": the heating temperature of the cold trap when desorbing the cold trap. Controllable temperature range: room temperature ~ 400℃, increments of 1℃.
5. "Cold trap activation temperature": Heating temperature when the cold trap is activated. Controllable temperature range: room temperature ~ 400℃, increment 1℃.
6. "Cold trap adsorption time": the time used for cold trap adsorption, that is, the sampling time. Can be set from 0 to 300 minutes in increments of 0.01 minutes.
7. "Cold trap desorption time": the time used for cold trap desorption, which is also the injection time. Can be set from 0 to 300 minutes in increments of 0.01 minutes
8. "Cold trap activation time": the time to activate the cold trap after desorption of the cold trap. Can be set from 0 to 300 minutes in increments of 0.01 minutes.
9. "Analysis cycle": the time required for sample analysis. Can be set from 0 to 300 minutes in increments of 0.01 minutes.
Used for the determination of air quality hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide and dimethyl disulfide, relevant standard "GB/T 14678-93"
