Product description

The BD-ASP-XW6 fiber bulk density tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant requirements of "Appendix N Bulk Density Test of Granular Wood Fibers" in the transportation industry standard JT/T 533-2020 "Fibers for Asphalt Pavement".

This instrument uses the test method described in the standard to obtain the loose density value of granular wood fiber through calculation.

Main features

1. Stainless steel funnels and stainless steel metal cups adopt special processing technology to ensure smooth inner surfaces and meet test requirements.

2. The test funnel discharge valve has reasonable design, reliable discharge and durability.

3. The base of the instrument is stable, the bracket is firm, there is no shaking during the test, and the test results are reliable.

4. The base is equipped with a horizontal bubble. Adjusting the four horizontal adjustment feet can make the base horizontal and the column vertical, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
