BD-33400 diesel total pollutant tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 33400 "Method for determination of total pollutants in middle distillates, diesel and fatty acid methyl esters". It is suitable for the determination of middle distillates in accordance with the requirements of the GB/T 33400 standard. The content of total pollutants in diesel and pure fatty acid methyl ester (BD100) with a volume fraction of no more than 30% in oil, diesel and fatty acid methyl ester.
The test method of this instrument is: weigh a certain amount of sample, filter it with a pre-weighed filter membrane under vacuum conditions, wash the filter membrane with residue, dry and weigh it. The total contaminant content is calculated using the mass difference of the filter membrane.
BD-33400 diesel total pollutant tester is mainly suitable for: samples with a kinematic viscosity not greater than 8mm2/s at 20°C, or samples with a kinematic viscosity not greater than 5mm2/s at 40°C; samples with a total contaminant content of 12mg/kg~30mg/kg. This instrument can also be used for: samples whose total pollutant content exceeds the range of Article 2 (but its precision is not specified); diesel fuel with a fatty acid methyl ester volume fraction greater than 30% and samples whose kinematic viscosity exceeds the range of Article 1 (However, the precision of the method has not been determined).
This instrument consists of a test host, test vessels, vacuum pump, etc. It has a desktop structure and is small and compact.
Using a small rotary vane vacuum pump, the negative pressure filtration speed is fast.
The stainless steel needle valve is used to adjust the vacuum degree of the filtration, taking into account coarse adjustment and fine adjustment, and the adjustment effect is good.
Both the suction filtration buffer bottle and the suction filtration receiving bottle are designed with grounding wires to effectively resolve electrostatic interference.
