ASP-0719-2 automatic rutting tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T0719-2011 "Asphalt Mixture Rutting Test" in the industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Testing Procedures for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures" of the People's Republic of China.

It is a high-end single-wheel scientific research instrument, suitable for measuring the high temperature (water immersed or non-water immersed) anti-rutting ability of asphalt mixtures. It can be used for high temperature (water immersed or non-water immersed) stability testing of asphalt mixture proportion design. It can also be used for the high temperature stability of on-site asphalt mixtures test.

1. The whole machine has a floor-standing structure and is designed with a special tilting operation control platform for clear observation and easy operation.

2. It adopts a built-in combined control unit and is equipped with an A4 format printer as standard. The test process is automatically controlled and the test results are automatically printed.

3. It is designed with independent automatic test wheel pressure loading and automatic testing technology, which can independently set the required pressure value and automatically adjust the loading pressure. During the test process, the test wheel pressure value is displayed in real time to ensure that the test is completed under accurate pressure conditions.

4. During the test, the time and displacement, time and temperature change curves are displayed in real time, providing research basis for users to study the rutting characteristics of asphalt mixtures.

5. The studio adopts external circulation heating method and is designed with an air circulation system to ensure that the test is completed under a uniform temperature field.

6. The test wheel motor is designed with anti-blocking protection function and heating overheating system protection function to maximize the reliability of the instrument.

7. It is designed with a display function for common instrument faults. Correct processing and solutions can be obtained by querying the "Help" interface.

8. The mechanical structure adopts the rotation mode, which is the same as the mechanical structure of foreign products, and the test data is closer to the actual situation.
