Product Introduction

BD-T264-A40 automatic acid value tester is used to detect the acid value analysis and measurement of samples such as transformer oil, turbine oil and anti-fuel oil. The instrument is a comprehensive application of mechanical, optical and electronic technologies, and uses a microprocessor to automatically realize functions such as multi-sample switching, titration, determination of titration end point, and printing of measurement results.

The system is stable, reliable, and has a high degree of automation. Used in electric power, chemical industry, environmental protection, petroleum and other fields.

Instrument features

1. Large LCD screen, Chinese menu, and unmarked buttons.

2. Automatic cup change, automatic detection, and printing of test results (optional automatic timing heating function, suitable for lubricants with high viscosity).

3. This instrument can detect six oil samples.

4. Adopt the principle of neutralization method and use microcomputer control to automatically complete liquid addition, titration, stirring, and judgment of titration end point at normal temperature. The LCD screen displays the measurement results and can be printed out. The whole process takes about 4 minutes.

5. Use special reagent bottles to hold the extraction liquid and neutralization liquid. The reagents should not be in contact with the air during use to avoid the impact of solvent volatilization and CO2 in the air.
