TCT-AS Thermal Conductivity Tester is a new thermal conductivity tester launched by SHUOBODA. It adopts transient heat source method, has fast measurement speed, can calculate thermal conductivity within 160S, and can automatically adjust the reference and power, greatly improving the efficiency of the experiment.
TCT-AS Thermal Conductivity Tester has a wide measurement range and no restrictions on the form of the sample to be measured. It can measure liquids, solids, powders, metals, colloids, etc.
TCT-AS Thermal Conductivity Tester has a two-way operating system and a color touch screen operation function.
The transient plane heat source method is based on the principle of one-dimensional non-steady-state heat conduction in the plane: a plane heat source in an infinite medium generates a dynamic temperature field inside the medium after being subjected to an instantaneous heating pulse in the initial thermal equilibrium state. The temperature data generated by the heat conduction process is used to fit the function curve to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusion coefficient of the sample. During the test, a constant direct current is applied to the heat source, the surface of the heat source generates a temperature rise, the resistance increases, and the bridge test system is unbalanced to generate a potential change. Through the change in electrical parameters, the function of the temperature increase over time is obtained.
TCT-AS is a new thermal conductivity tester is used to measure the thermal conductivity of different materials, and can measure bulk solids, metals, liquids, powders, colloids, pastes, films and thermal insulation materials.
