TCT-300 Thermal Conductivity Tester adopts the internationally popular heat flow meter method to detect thermal conductivity and thermal resistance and is equipped with a computer to realize fully automatic detection and generate experimental reports.
It is suitable for thermal conductivity and thermal resistance testing of low thermal conductivity materials such as concrete, thermal insulation cotton, foaming materials, thermal insulation materials, refractory materials, etc., and can be used for powder material testing with a sample frame. It is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines.
This instrument refers to the following standards: JIS-1412-2 Determination of thermal resistance and thermal conductivity of thermal insulation materials, GB/T10295-2008, ISO 8301:1991 (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of insulation materials by heat flow meter method) and ASTM C518-04 Test method for determining steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics by heat flow meter method.
1. Thermal conductivity range and accuracy: 0.0010~3.0000W/mk, can be measured to 0.1 mw/mk;

3. Sample size: 300×300 (mm), thickness 5--50mm. Special sizes can be customized.
4. Can test solid materials and powdered materials.
5. Hot surface temperature and control: room temperature ~ 200℃, flat heater, bidirectional thyristor control, temperature resolution 0.1℃.

Cold surface temperature and control: 5~80℃ (standard configuration), the cold surface is controlled by a constant temperature water tank to ensure the stability of the cold surface temperature (precision constant temperature water tank, temperature 0-99.9℃ adjustable), temperature resolution 0.01℃, temperature accuracy 0.1℃.
7. The sample is loaded with a reduction motor and connected to a computer for precise pressure clamping, with a pressure range of 0-1000N and a resolution of 0.1N.
8. A high-precision displacement sensor is used to measure the thickness of the sample, and it is connected to a computer for automatic measurement, 0-50mm, with a resolution of 0.01mm.
9. The test part uses a transparent plexiglass windshield with a side door to see the test situation in the instrument.
10. The installation of a protective measurement and control device can effectively eliminate the impact of the environment on the test and ensure the test accuracy and repeatability.
