LPA-155W automatic wet method laser particle size analyzer is an economical and practical fully automatic laser particle size distribution analyzer. It is based on GB/T19077-2016, ISO13320 and other standards, Mie scattering, diffraction principle and Shuoboda's (unconstrained) free distribution mode to calculate particle size distribution, ensuring that each level of particle size reaches the highest resolution. The detector and optical system are independently designed by Shuoboda Company, and the full set of hardware and software have intellectual property rights.
The fully sealed metal shell has good electromagnetic shielding and anti-interference performance. The optical components and circulation system are set inside the instrument, so that the sample flows in the pipeline for a short time, avoiding stratification and re-agglomeration after sample dispersion. The test time is about 1 minute, and it can be tested once or multiple times, with high data repeatability and good stability.
This instrument is particularly suitable for production enterprises and application enterprises with a single product type and narrow product distribution. It is an effective means to detect and control the powder production process, and is also suitable for the application research of new powder materials.

1. The inverted Fourier optical system is adopted to greatly reduce the stray light generated by multiple reflections of the sample pool and the optical mirror. The large-angle scattered light is not limited by the lens aperture, which effectively improves the test resolution and ensures the accuracy of the test data.
2. The detector background light is compensated independently at each level to achieve the highest gain, the signal is collected and amplified at high speed, and the resolution is high. The dynamic response is sensitive and fast, and the optical path center self-check is completed at the same time.

The appearance is simple and the electromechanical integrated design. The circulating sampling system is inside the instrument. You only need to add the sample to the sample pool to complete the test automatically, saving operation time. The large-diameter ultrasonic dispersion pool and the stirrer mix evenly and quickly, so that the sample is fully dispersed and the bubbles are discharged quickly. The peristaltic pump circulates for short distances to avoid sample stratification. All peristaltic pump circulation pipelines are of equal cross-section and equal flow rate, without centrifugal negative pressure area, easy to clean, and no bubbles during transportation. The accuracy and repeatability of instrument testing are guaranteed.
It has intelligent functions such as automatic water absorption, automatic centering, automatic testing, automatic cleaning, and ultrasonic anti-dry burning. The unique mechanical sample agitator device reduces bubbles and liquid splashes while fully dispersing the sample, ensuring stable and reliable test results.
The standard sample pool with a volume of 500ml is made of 304 stainless steel, which is durable and corrosion-resistant. The built-in automatic water absorption pump can automatically fill water without manual operation. A water level detector is installed above the sample pool. When the water level reaches the specified height, the electromagnetic valve is closed to ensure the accuracy of each test medium. Because dispersion and circulation are completely independent, the cycle test time is short, which reduces the adhesion, contamination and wear of the sample on the optical test dish, and improves and extends the service life.

2. Equipped with standard program, micro powder program, ultra-fine powder program, three programs can be switched with one key. Discontinuous test can improve test resolution and accuracy.
3. The report output has two modes: volume distribution and number distribution. It has data such as cumulative distribution, frequency distribution, cumulative 10%, 50%, 90%, 97%, average particle size and specific surface area, which fully characterizes the particle size characteristics of the sample.
4. The test data can be viewed online, printed, or converted to PDF format for storage.
5. RS232 and USB standard serial data transmission methods are adopted.
