Product Introduction

WCT-0615-1 Asphalt Cracking furnace is based on the petrochemical industry standard of the People's Republic of China SH/T 0425-2003 "Petroleum Asphalt Wax Content Determination Method" and the industry standard of the People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 "Testing Procedures for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures" T0615.

It is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the cracking combustion furnace in the 2011 "Asphalt Wax Content Test (Distillation Method)".

It is the supporting special equipment of our company's "BD-WCT-0615 Asphalt Wax Content Tester" and can also be used for other testing of petroleum products. Required for distillation testing.

Main technical features

1. Using electric heating, the temperature can be controlled at a constant temperature of 550℃±10℃, and the heating power can be continuously adjusted to meet the needs of sample distillation.

2. The heating furnace and lifting platform are designed to be independent and can be combined into one during use, making it easy to use.

3. The outer ring of the heating furnace adopts a humanized heat insulation design to reduce the impact of thermal radiation on the operator.

4. The temperature controller adopts liquid crystal display and single-chip microcomputer control technology. It has advanced technology and small overshoot. It only takes 15 minutes to reach a constant temperature of 550℃±10℃ at normal temperature.
