BD-D2274-042Z Automatic distillate fuel oil oxidation stability tester is suitable for determining the inherent stability properties of middle distillate fuel oil (including diesel) using the accelerated oxidation method.
1. The instrument uses a single-chip microcomputer as the control core. You only need to press the button twice before the experiment, and the entire experiment (including automatic temperature rise, automatic oxygenation, automatic timing, etc.) can be completed by itself. At the end of the experiment, the instrument has an automatic warning function.
2. After the experiment is completed, the instrument can automatically calculate the experimental results based on the input parameters, and has the functions of storing, viewing, printing, and downloading the experimental results.
3. The instrument is equipped with a 7-inch full-color, high-performance, high-definition TFT LCD touch screen, which is very sensitive to touch. All operations and data display of the instrument can be realized on the touch screen, and the touch screen layout adopts humanized design, making all functions clear at a glance.
4. The heating bath of the instrument is made of metal and does not require bath liquid, making the experimental process simpler, safer and environmentally friendly.
5. The instrument is equipped with a light-shielding device to ensure that the sample oxidation process is completely protected from light.
6. The instrument is equipped with a low-temperature circulating water refrigeration system with an imported compressor as the core, which can automatically control the temperature of the circulating water during the experiment and always maintain it within the preset temperature (the preset temperature range can be set by yourself). The initial setting of the instrument is in the preset temperature range of 15℃-25℃.
7. The instrument is equipped with a two-stage pressure reducing device and a six-way gas flow meter, which can control the flow of oxygen in each channel stably, reliably and independently.
8. The instrument is equipped with a dark box equipped with a flow fan (used for natural cooling of the sample) and a filtering device (used during sample preparation and experimentation).
