BD-D2272-0193 fully automatic lubricating oil oxidation stability tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the People's Republic of China industry standard SH/T 0193 "Determination of Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability (Rotating Oxygen Bomb Method)" and ASTM D2272 standards It is suitable for determining the oxidation stability of new and in-use turbine oils with the same composition (base oil and additives), and can also be used to evaluate new mineral insulating oils containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol. As a rapid assessment method for its oxidation stability.

1. This instrument is designed and manufactured completely in accordance with the standard SH/T 0193. It can automatically perform pressure detection, data recording, oxidation time calculation on the oil sample being tested, and can automatically end the test.

2. The entire test process of this instrument is carried out automatically without human participation, which reduces the labor intensity of the operator and improves the accuracy of the test results. It is the preferred automated instrument for modern enterprises.

3. This instrument can not only display the test curves and results on the screen, but also automatically save them and print them as needed.

4. Imported rotating device is selected, with stable speed and low noise. Two sets of oil samples can be tested at the same time.

The biggest feature of this instrument is that it is designed with an integrated structure and is controlled by an industrial computer to realize automatic control of the test process. The test process does not require manual intervention and can perform parallel tests on two samples at the same time.
