BD-D381-8019 Existent Gum Tester is designed and made as per GB/T8019 “Test Methods for Existent Gum of Vehicle Gasoline and Aviation Fuels (Jet Evaporation Methods)”. It is suitable to determine existent gum of vehicle gasoline, aviation gasoline, volatile distillate, and aviation turbine fuels during tests.
Complying with GB/T 509, GB/T 8019, ASTM D381, it is used to determine the colloid formed when gasoline, kerosene and diesel evaporate, that is, the record of colloid caused by fuel oil when used in the engine.
1. It equips a specially designed heating bath. The gas circuit is designed reasonably and the effect of evaporation is good.
2. The material of working bench is stainless steel. It has 3 sample holes. Each jet flow can be adjusted and controlled by an independent flowmeter. It can do 3 determinations at the same time.
3. The instrument is desktop structure. Simple design and easy to operate. It equips an air compressor to make it meet requirements of standard.
