BD-FP-2430A automatic freezing point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the petrochemical industry standard SH/T 0090-1991 "Method for determination of freezing point of engine coolant" and the standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 2430 "Method for determination of freezing point of aviation fuel".
It is suitable for jet It is a multi-purpose automatic freezing point tester for measuring the freezing point of fuel, engine coolant and its concentrate.
1. This instrument is composed of refrigeration system, industrial control host computer control system, embedded hardware control system, electromechanical stirring system, cold bath test observation system, frame structure shell system, etc.
2. The refrigeration system adopts cascade refrigeration, and the cold bath can reach as low as -70°C. The temperature control accuracy reaches ±1°C through components such as condenser tubes, temperature sensors, bath liquid stirring devices, and heating tubes, which meets the requirements of corresponding standards. Freezing point test requirements;

The cold bath device of this instrument can conduct parallel tests on two test tubes at the same time; the stainless steel cooling bath is equipped with a multi-layer inner hollow heating glass window, which has good thermal insulation performance, no exposure and frost, and excellent visual performance.
4. A test mixing device with a special motor driving up and down linear motion.
5. The instrument can automatically capture the freezing point. According to the temperature recovery characteristics of the freezing point, changes can be visually seen on the curve on the main interface.
6. The cold bath temperature of this instrument is the preset freezing point minus 28°C, and the system automatically controls it without manual intervention.
