1.ASTM D445 Kinematic Viscosity Tester is suitable for measuring the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products. (Mainly measure the kinematic viscosity at 40℃ and 100℃)
2.The instrument adopts an advanced PID self-tuning temperature control system with stable and reliable control performance. Users only need to set the temperature control point through the instrument, and the instrument automatically realizes fixed-point temperature control, digital display, and precise temperature control.
3.Up and down structure, the control unit is at the bottom, and the test operation unit is at the top. The structure is reasonable and easy to operate.
4.Double-layer glass bath body can not only keep warm, but also protect the safety of operators.
5.Adjustable speed stirring motor, stainless steel stirring blade, stainless steel flow guide device, to ensure that the bath liquid has small fluctuations and uniform temperature.
6.High-power heating device, rapid heating, low thermal inertia.
7.There is an LED lighting strip at the bottom of the glass bath to illuminate the capillary tube to make the engraved line clear and easy to observe during the test.
8.Independently designed and produced viscometer clamp cover, the installation and disassembly of the viscometer is convenient and quick, the clamp is firm during the experiment, and the viscometer can be adjusted to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
