BD-D92-3536W fully automatic open flash point and fire point tester is suitable for testing in accordance with the national standard GB/T3536 "Determination of Flash Point and Fire Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Method)" and the national industry standard JTJ052 "Testing Procedures for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures" The method specified in T0611 "Bitumen Flash Point and Fire Point Test (Cleveland Open Cup Method)"
It is used to determine the flash point and fire point of petroleum products and asphalt with the exception of fuel oil and open cup flash points lower than 79°C.
Asphalt ignition point is a reference index for construction safety, so the instrument includes both methods and indicators at the same time. 1. This instrument adopts a large color LCD screen display, a touch screen keyboard, and a full Chinese human-machine dialogue interface. It has prompt menus and guided input methods for parameters such as expected flash point, sample label, atmospheric pressure, and test date.
2. Simulation tracking displays the function curve of temperature rise and test time. It has a Chinese incorrect operation software prompt modification function, and is equipped with a parameter prompt function such as test date and test time.
